It's really dissatisfaction with the service I received. When I first visited, your salesperson, Antonio only asked if I needed distance or reading glasses; they never mentioned or recommended multifocal lenses, which is what I actually need.
Now, I am being asked to pay an additional $300 for the correct lenses—which is more than the $267 I originally paid. I find it highly unreasonable to be charged for a brand-new set of lenses at full price due to a lack of professional consultation.
I had such a great experience here today and just had to share. BEN and Antonio provided truly wonderful service—they patiently helped me adjust my sunglasses and were incredibly kind and attentive every step of the way. Their attention to detail really stood out.
I also noticed how patient and caring the entire team was with senior customers, giving everyone the same level of respect and service no matter what they were looking for.
In Chinatown, there are countless eyeglass shops to choose from, but this one really stands out because of the exceptional customer service. Honestly, I can’t wait to come back and treat myself to a pair of Dita frames just because of how great the experience was. Highly recommend!!!!
I found these guys years ago and have been coming back every year to amazing service, a wide [and fun] selection of frames and a friendly environment to shop for glasses and contacts.
I brought my whole family here and whether it was contacts or frames, Eye Solutions did not disappoint. They have knowledgeable sales people and master technicians that can help you choose and then adjust the frames to fit you like a glove. There is an optometrist on site so it really is a one stop shop. From getting a current prescription to final product they back everything up with a guarantee. Over the years, I have had some issues with frames or lenses not feeling right and they absolutely made it right [once with 3 do overs to get there]! Lots of places say they will back their products and services up, but this place actually does just that.
And the selection of frames, which was the initial reason I walked through the door, is superb. From affordable and 'run of the mill' to exclusive and high style, they have them all. As a family, we have different tastes and expectations of what our glasses should be, and all members walk away happy - year after year - from Eye Solutions. Steven the manager there does a great job of keeping everything top shelf; the service and the inventory are as good as it gets. And Ben the technician is intuitive and skilled at making your glasses feel like they were made just for you.
Basically, you can't go wrong there. We've gone there when we were lucky enough to have insurance [they take many] and when we were paying out of pocket. Every time I walk away with clearer vision, a comfortable fit, looking better and feeling happier than when we went in.
First of all, my family have been coming to this store for 18 years of services, we love their professional services, cleanliness, wide selection of frames and sunglasses, and the eye exam doctor was professional, detail oriented, and efficient.
Yesterday we came again for eyeglasses and contact lenses refills. The customer service Ben was so patience and knowledgeable, provided us the best customized selection of frames and lenses to maximize our insurance benefits, at the same time to fit our budget too. At the end he also helped me to adjust my eyeglasses and even replaced my nose clips as a courtesy!
I addition to the above mentioned, their candy and snack bar is an extra level of service for those need to wait in store, how thoughtful! ❤️
If you’re shopping for contact lenses or eye glasses, I highly recommend Eye Solutions. I’ve been coming here with my family since 2013 and they have never disappointed me. They have a very modern facility with drinks, snacks and a very clean restroom. They take every insurance I understand and their prices are very reasonable compared to many of the other shops, even around Chinatown. I especially appreciate their customer service. The employees are trained very well and honest. For example there was some confusion about the warranty on some lenses, but one of the employees remembered us, stepped up and confirmed our understanding. Thanks to Carol for all her help with our contact lenses, and especially to Steve for all his consideration and excellent service.
