I had a great experience with Dr. Chow. I really value her holistic approach - she was warm, attentive, and took the time to listen without any judgment. I’d highly recommend her. Juanita, the assistant, was also very personable and attentive, and provided clear instructions for the X-rays and wearing the medical boot. The front desk staff was friendly and treated me with kindness as well - overall, a great experience.
My first visit at Gotham Footcare and Podiatry was wonderful - the office was clean, the intake process was easy (with no wait!), the staff (everyone from Aimee to Juanita) was gracious and friendly, as was Dr. Chow who also seemed very competent and thorough in analyzing my issue and even recommended a second X-ray to have better clarity of potential issues. She patiently answered my questions and gave a solid plan of action and recommendations - leaving me with a peace of mind that she can help get me on the road to recovery and hopefully back on my feet!
I had a great experience at Gotham Footcare! The office is immaculate, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they have an x-ray machine on the premises for immediate diagnosis. Dr. Trueman was very thorough, she listened to me and addressed all my concerns with a short term and long term action plan. I was able to fill out all the forms electronically ahead of time so I didn’t have to spend time on that in the office. I was very pleased with my visit and I wholeheartedly recommend Gotham Footcare -Downtown.
I have been a patient of Dr. Lalehparvar for almost a decade. She is an exceptional doctor. I have sought her care for simple issues and complicated ones. She has given her full attention to all of my concerns. I have recommended her to family and friends. It is an honor to be her patient.
I must also mention the supporting staff at Gotham downtown, who are professional, attentive and kind.
Great experience with Gotham Downtown! Walking into the beautiful Woolworth building and being greeted by friendly staff set the tone. They offer early before-work appointments, which was a huge plus. Dr. Chow was approachable and thorough—she explained several treatment options clearly, which was a big improvement over my previous podiatrist. I feel confident about my treatment plan and would definitely recommend her.
