My contact fell out while I was rubbing my eye, and I needed an emergency pair. I called and they were so quick and easy to talk to. They gifted me a weeks worth of free contacts. The pick up process was easy since I called beforehand and I was in and out in two minutes. Will definitely go back to them in the future if I need anything optical.
Dr. Ho is so competent and friendly! Incredible care, a lot of integrity. And the whole staff were genuinely helpful and warm. Such a great experience. I felt like I was in good hands
Dr. Ho is quite literally the best eye doctor I have ever gone to. I was so nervous to find a new optometrist in nyc and I’ve heard horror stories about bad experiences and billing issues at other places. Dr. Ho is not only personable but he is also extremely knowledgeable. I have never felt the same level of education anywhere else and I’ve seen various providers throughout the last 15 years. The scheduling process was very easy and I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Dr. Ho also never made me feel bad about losing vision or having a high prescription. He also went over things I could do to help combat further myopia. 10/10 experience and I literally want to tell my out of state siblings to come here when they visit because he was that good!
I had a great experience at H Optics. The doctor took the time to explain each eye test, what it shows, and why it’s used. In the past I’ve not had that experience so I really enjoyed that. I had both my glasses and contact presentation checked.
I've been seeing optometrists and ophthalmologists since I was five years old. This was by far the best experience I've had. Dr. Ho was knowledgeable and thorough. More important, he has the ability to explain issues in a way a layperson can understand. I have been experiencing an eye issue for years and was virtually hopeless it would ever be resolved, but after listening to Dr. Ho's clear explanation and common sense recommendations, I'm hopeful for the first time in a long time.
