I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I've been to the other urgent cares in this area and it is no where comparable.
I waited for 45 minutes after checking in and getting vitals done. When I asked how much longer, the staff at the desk couldn’t give me an estimate and just said it would be awhile longer as the one doctor was doing complicated procedures. Very poor communication. Wish they would have warned me about an over one hour wait before I signed in. Plenty of other places to go.
I've been here 4 times and it's always been a welcoming experience. The Doctor is very educated and has great bedside manners. The staff is very welcoming, kind, educated and helpful.
