Larry is your guy for home inspection! Larry was super patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through exactly what he was looking for during the inspection. He was transparent with estimate cost to fix issues that we came across during the walk-through, and gave us his opinion of pros/cons on the home. As a first time home-buyer, his expertise is just what I needed. Thank you!

We found Edmond on Reddit for a co-op inspection, and are very glad that we did. He was extremely transparent, thorough and professional - he advised us on what services made sense and what didn't. He was also very willing to inspect all areas of the unit and common areas. His inspection lasted for over two hours and at every step he shared what he was observing and answered any questions that we had. He is a very nice and accommodating person, and I would recommend him to anybody.

100/10! Dennis is not only reliable, efficient, and comprehensive, he goes out of his way to provide valuable guidance and thoughtfully adapts his approach to fit your needs. His reports are high-quality and the online interface is seamless. We have received his expert services twice now, and both times were perfect experiences.

Im a renter who has multiple leaks in my apartment which resulted in mold. I reached out landlord and 311 where i was gaslight and told they dont see it and its mildew. So I was able to schedule with David. He made it extremely easy to schedule and even came the same day. He was very thorough with the inspection checked every room all the areas he explained as he was going and what he was doing. He came prepared with all the tools and items needed for the inspection and the report was extremely detailed. Very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. I asked for picture of license and was sent without hesitation. Highly recommend David 10 out of 10 and does asbestos.
