Our elopement experience with Honeybreak was seamless. Alex, our officiant, was super helpful and made us feel relaxed throughout the process. We had an initial call on zoom where Alex talked us through the ceremony plans and asked us more about the style of ceremony we wanted. She then followed up with helpful suggestions and a survey, and gave us feedback on our vows. We loved having Alex officiate our ceremony and would recommend her and Honeybreak to anyone eloping in NYC!
The most common compliment we’ve heard about our wedding day has been “Your officiant was INCREDIBLE.” We couldn’t have asked for a more seamless, professional, personal experience than we received. Haley scheduled multiple video chats prior to wedding day to go over our vision for the ceremony. She asked thought-provoking questions to get to know us better as a couple, and she was able to beautifully weave our story into the ceremony. Haley’s calming presence and insightful words created the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and set the tone for the rest of the event. Our friends and family laughed and cried and experienced a spectrum of emotions in between, and I truly am not exaggerating when I tell you multiple people (avid wedding-attendees, I might add) made a point to tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding ceremony they had ever experienced.
Rarely feel compelled to write a review, but I enjoyed my experience with Honeybreak Officiants so thoroughly that it would be wrong not to share with other couples. Throwing a wedding together in a week is obviously stressful, but Celine took a lot of the burden off my shoulders by being so considerate and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease during the planning process - even providing an extensive list of sample vows! She came to our home to perform the ceremony and her words made me so emotional. Just so lovely! She also took some of the best photos of the night if you don't hire a photographer. Big fans!!! Highly recommend.
We originally saw honeybreak officiants on wedding wire, when looking we really wanted an officiant that was comfortable marrying anyone regardless of race, gender or nationality. Celine went above and beyond for us before, during and even after the ceremony. She made sure we knew exactly what to expect at every step and helped us carry out the elopement of our dreams. She customized the ceremony by having a zoom call with us and getting us to fill out an incredibly beautiful survey and surprised us with the most beautiful words and life promises to each other. She also gave us many tips and links for places to get married in the location we wanted in NYC, vow tips as well as the steps we would need to take afterwards.

From the first email Honeybreak Officiants was very responsive, helpful, communicative and just all that you would hope for from an officiant.
Jessica was lovely in that she met with us at the venue ahead of time to view the space and meet with my fiance and I. It was a great fit! We liked her personality, demeanor and professionalism.
Their packet can be a bit overwhelming to customize your wedding. I suggest breaking it up into chunks to do. This helped my fiance and I trudge through it all. It is a great feature and helps with the ceremony but like all on life you get out what you put in!
The ceremony was so nice a few people asked for copies of it and and readings especially our parents.
Jessica made suggestions on how to and when acquire our marriage license. She knew exactly what to do and who to have sign where which on the day of the wedding this was fantastic. We just had to give her the license and she was set to go. She also mailed in the license for us and we just received our marriage certificate in the mail!
She wrote us an email when she originally mailed it in to the state and sent us a scan which I just think exhibits their professionalism.
The day of the wedding Jessica arrived on time, perfectly dressed and was lovely in our wedding. We would not hesitate to suggest them and think it is extra special to support local female owned business!
