IRCM has been an amazing experience. They had to come and save the day when my previous billing company didn't meet my expectations. As a new provider I needed help coding my notes properly and just understanding all the nuances of billing and coding. They are kind and extremely responsive and easy to work with. GO IRCM -- helped me get my practice running smoothly.
I have been using IRCM in order to obtain authorizations on peripheral vascular procedures and Genicular Artery Embolization's. The staff there Ethan and Kent have been extremely efficient in obtaining these authorizations. Ethan and Kent provide immediate feedback when i send an email to them confirming receipt and submission. It is very comforting to know that they get right on this project. They have been going above and beyond when additional documentation is requested in assisting me in obtaining an authorization. I am so grateful for their care in servicing our company.
