Jeb and his team are truly people persons. As a new mom just trying to rid myself of debt and get a fresh start, they really took care of me by answering my questions, guiding me on how to go about filing/expectations, and most importantly were extremely understanding and patient with me when it came to my own personal circumstances and working with me on a flexible payment plan.
