I truly enjoyed the first session. I felt that she understood the health journey that I am on. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand how foods work together to keep sugar levels better controlled. She also worked to create menus to specifically address all of the medical conditions and preferences that I have. I feel hopeful for positive results.
