My credit card information was stolen and somebody attempted to make a $12,000 purchase at Lift International. After I noticed the charge on my account I called Lift International and was quickly put in contact with the owner. The owner was very helpful and it turns out he had already froze the transaction due to his suspicion that something fishy was going on. The owner helped coordinate things between our banks to ensure the funds were returned and even followed up with me after the fact to make sure everything was sorted out.

Customer service and quality is absolutely terrible. The forklift I rented broke and the owner stoped responding to my calls and texts and said that I broke it. He said that I have to pay $3,000 or else he will sue me. No wonder they make money. They just threaten to sue people and get their way. I filed a complaint with the BBB

Rick is the man!! He was super friendly and helpful on the phone. Once he got my address he came right over, fixed the forklift quickly and it’s never ran better! Don’t hesitate to call and ask for Rick!!
