Dr. Herbert Chien has great bedside manners and he saw me immediately at the last minute when it was an emergency. He explained the steps, and answered all my questions, even silly ones if I could use chopsticks to scratch my foot while it was in a soft cast. I highly recommend Dr. Herbert Chien.
Having been here back in 2015 for a broken ankle and revisiting recently for another foot injury, Dr. Chien hasn't changed one bit. Still the same exceptional service and straight to the point with what was wrong with my ankle and feet. He will explain everything that's wrong down to the exact detail and will lead you in the right direction to a successful recovery. I won't ever go to another podiatrist office unless Dr. Chien is there.
Dr. Chien took great care of my great uncle. When we came to him we were desperate for a diagnosis. He knew what needed to be done, gave us a treatment plan and time line. Everything was exactly as planed. We are 100% thankful!!
