I'm so grateful for the team at this DME company. It's hard to find businesses that not only speak my dialect but also take the time to explain the complicated insurance process here in America. They answered all my questions, followed up with my doctor, and made sure everything was done correctly. They truly care about their customers and make navigating healthcare a little less stressful. Highly recommend!
Ok so i’m not sure if they deleted my review from a couple weeks ago or no but i can’t find it so here’s another one because what im saying is true and hope everyone knows that. We came in a couple weeks ago and the lady at the front desk had the worst attitude and was rude. Their customers are primary if not all elderly, and you know with the elderly sometimes they might need to hear things twice so they understand to the fullest extent, or they just didn’t hear you because of your attitude. My grandfather gave her the paper for what we were supposed to receive from that place, his leg has been in pain so it’s for leg support stuff, handed her the letter and she had a mask on so it’s muffled to begin with she tells us something but we didn’t understand so we asked again and she didn’t even make eye contact the whole time by the way, said it rudely again. Overall such a bad experience, got out of there as fast as possible.
Terrible place. They never get back to you after calling and emailing them for 2 weeks. They then laughed at me thinking this was funny. I was in shock how these people behaved. Not a place to go if you need help with a surgical supply.
The podiatrist definitely knows what she's doing and was very helpful in helping me select a pair that worked for me. Would definitely shop here again.
I agreed with Alice. Please do not say there was no record of this. You should check your surveillance cameras that your staff just sits there and chats amongst themselves. They are so incompetent and unprofessional especially towards the elders. Your receptionist is the one who told my mother to go run around to the doctor to fill out the forms. So please do not go there. Your pharmacist is the one who helped us because there is no way your surgical supplies forced my mother to take something that she doesn’t want and doesn’t fit. If I could give negative stats it would be negative 5 stars!!! I do not recommend your surgical supplies at all. If it wasn’t for the convenience of my mother, I would have gone somewhere else. Not only that, my mother needs the underpass lining every month and not only do they not deliver it anymore they don’t even have the courtesy to call to say it is in. I have to go and pick it up every month. There was an incision where there were no deliveries for 2 months. I had to personally go to your staff and asked what happened. They were so clueless, I had to go to the pharmacy and find out and they said that should not have happened. So tell me what kind of records are you keeping? Or are you just as incompetent as your staff as well? Please do not patronize Alice or me. Maybe you should conduct a formal training of all of your staff members on how to talk and greet the customers!
