multiple bikes, trust 'em completely, more than family! they've supported and rescued me for over 20 years... thru: 'bike accident', ''wont start, & im in queens', 'brakes froze up and burned', 'they tried to steal it and cut my wires!', as well as every season test rides. when they ride it, they'll know what ya need...simple.

These guys are awesome! They've been in business for years and all my friends go to them. My DRZ 400 SM was having electrical and some motor issues. The technician told me to come back in 2 days. I was very content with the service that they provided. 😊 My bike runs great now. Thanks to MASTER CYCLE!
I decided to Enduro a project with this Suzuki Bandit by Restoring, and converting this Bandit 1200cc to a street-fighter. The project was very expensive, their upgraded the fuel system to at lease” generate 25% better gas flow. Then we added stage 2 jet kits. And racing clutch,
And many other accessories! Over all great job, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable! Master Cycle is at least 30 % to 40 percent cheaper , then many other shops around the neighborhood or Manhattan locations.. Compare to “CycleTherapyShop” which is a highway robbery motorcycle shop!

As a nearby Bronx neighbor, Master Cycle staff has always been helpful to me and my father. They gone as far as scheduling repairs over the weekend, in which they are closed. Very insightful and fair priced. Ive never had to second guess their knowledge on motorcycles. I mostly appreciate them showing, through picture or person, damage done to my bike. This way I don't feel as if I'm being scammed like every other shop does.
