I absolutely love this urgent care!
I recently went in for blood work that I needed for school, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The medical assistants, Samantha, Cate and Alaijah, were incredible. I was very nervous about getting my blood drawn, but they were so kind, patient, and reassuring that they made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
Tee at the front desk was amazing as well. She helped me get registered quickly and was friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process.
I've also been seen multiple times by the PAs, Kristi and Heather, and they are both outstanding. They always take the time to listen, thoroughly evaluate my concerns, and provide excellent care, all with a smile on their faces. They truly make you feel heard and cared for.
It's not often that you find a healthcare team that is consistently compassionate, professional, and efficient. Every person I've interacted with here has gone above and beyond. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality care and a great patient experience!
I visited this urgent care for my 3.5-year-old child, and we had a great experience. Kristi,Russo was very professional, caring, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit.

Everyone who works there is so nice and the facility is really clean. However, Kristy is truly special! I have seen her on 3 separate occasions and each time she was so friendly, kind, and demonstrated so much empathy felt so positive about my experience She took her time and seemed really interested in me and my symptoms.
She’s also really great to talk to!
Tyronique made this 5 stars. I really truly hope they recognize how great she is! She was so professional and attentive. And her energy was made me feel like I could be comfortable telling her what I went into urgent care for (it was a lil uncomfortable for me to talk about). She was so speedy with everything that had to get done. But she was so attentive to me too. It was just a quick visit, but I feel like I have so much to say cuz she was just that great. And the PA was also great! An overall great experience, and thank you Tyronique!!
MedRite in Tribeca was fantastic. I sliced my finger badly on a broken glass, hopped in a car and headed directly to them. From the moment I arrived, they gave me first class care. I required stitches, after care, stitch removal. The receptionists were pleasant, doctors and assistants brilliant. Dr Heather and Dr. Chrissy were phenomenal, so kind and thorough. I will always go back to MedRite for urgent care now if I need fast, reliable, exceptional care. They are simply the best.
