We went to Chinatown to have lunch and do some shopping. After walking around a bit after lunch, we went to Mott St Optical to look for new glasses and to adjust a pair we bought here some time ago. The people there are so nice and helpful even though they are constantly busy. A great place to shop. Highly recommend.
This place does a great job putting lenses into vintage frames. The staff is also super nice and efficient - I usually get my frames back in less than two weeks!
I can’t say how happy I am to have Howard and Maggie helped me with my first progressive lens purchase. Their knowledge and experience help me picked the perfect lens. I encounter zero issue that I hear people warned about. Thank you both and Mott Street Optical. I’m a very happy customer!
Always a great experience. They initially had quoted 2-3 weeks for my contacts to be ready, after I mentioned I had ran out and needed them urgently, they said they could try to expedite. To my pleasant surprise, not even a week later they had them ready!!! Thank you so much 🩶
Service is above and beyond. The eye doctor is patient, the glasses store staff are very thoughtful to your price and style preferences, even recommending options (which is how I ended up with a great pair!). Their prices are also very good and they have a huge selection. I will be coming back here for all of my glasses needs.
