After making numerous calls to make sure I didn’t waste my time and a very long trip to their location, and that the person I was supposed to see would be there, including just the day before my visit, I show up and the fitter was not there. They did not have what I was I looking for. Someone else tried to. assist me. Then I had to wait over an hour for the ride service to get me and went and bought groceries and returned to eat lunch at the store while I waited. The fitter showed up four minutes before my ride got there and started giving me attitude. That was followed by an almost hour and a half ride home with a speed freak behind the wheel. A five hour day and they never got back to me on a product. Very unprofessional. Very.
I’m extremely disappointed with this DME supplier. I initially got a Cubby bed through them, and while Margaret was helpful the first time around, that’s where the professionalism ended. The canopy on the bed didn’t even last a year, and when I reached out for a replacement, they were completely useless. No one advocated for me. I had to chase them down constantly and do all the work myself just to get the canopy replaced, something they should’ve handled.
I also submitted a request for an adaptive car seat. same story. No updates, no communication, no accountability. You literally have to hound them just to get them to do the bare minimum. They don’t follow up, they don’t inform you of any issues, and frankly, they don’t care.
I will never work with this company again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I got my Cubby bed for my special need son, through this company. The experience was amazing. They help me out through the whole process from the beginning to the end super nice and educated and on time they all are very put company and they go above and beyond for the patients. Thank you so much my son is loving the bed and I'm able to get more sleep so parents please don't give up. Keep pushing to getting on your Cubby bed.
Can’t believe how bad service they have.after 3 days changed delivery date then finally they make delivery shoes for my son today. Unfortunately they give regular New balance shoes instead of special shoes & inserts for flat foot. I really don’t understand how it’s will be work for flat foot. This shoe is too flat inside. As per insurance information, they approved for special shoe & special insert for flat foot. Enclosed some pictures for ref what I got from American kinetics lab.
