Do not order from this place, I should have looked at the 3.1 rating. I ordered a hat a month ago to send to my daughter as a gift. It never arrived and USPS said it was sent to an unverifiable address, I'm sure they left the apartment off of the shipping slip. The tracker said was being sent back to shipper which never happened either. Their solution wasn't to ship me one but said I should wait until it was returned and they could reship it to my house. Or I could order and pay for another and they would refund the first one if it ever showed up. STAY AWAY from this site. So now I will let my credit card deal with them as I never received what I paid for. Also probably hit BBB as well so others will not go through this. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I bought a sweatshirt, quality was terrible. I sent it back via UPS. They claimed for weeks that the package had not arrived. A few weeks later, when I finally reached out to ask if the package had arrived, they claimed it hadn't (the store is about 3 miles away from where I live) and that-- Imagine my luck!-- even if it did get returned, the return had taken more than 30 days, and so I probably wouldn't get a refund. TOTAL SCAM.
The sweatshirt is very cute! However, I ordered too big of a size, so I went to look at the refund and return policy and it said to contact the email provided so I did, and it said that I will have a response within 48 hours. I sent that message on February 6 I yet to have an answer. So then i sent another email of the other provided email address on February 9, and I still have no answer. Overall, the sweatshirt is cute, but the customer service is horrible.
I am truly disappointed that I ever spent my money buying something from this small business. I bought a bundle toy car pack and reached out right away when I noticed a defective toy car was sent to me. I bought a NYPD toy motorcycle that was part of a bundle as a birthday gift to my boyfriend. The toy motorcycle had smudged letters and I emailed them right away and even attached a picture. I didn’t even open the box you can clearly see the letters are so smudged. That’s not something appropriate to give someone as a birthday gift so I immediately reached out. It’s been a week and no response. I called and the number is apparently unavailable. I emailed them again and no response. They are so quick to take your money but when you want to ask for an exchange or a potential refund they’re no where to be heard from. As a college student I feel like I been scammed for my money.
This review is for my online order - I ordered four teddy bears online and my package came within a week. Everything was packaged nicely and I even got a free cute NYC postcard for my fridge lol~ Thank you!! :)
