Ludovic was super accommodating and a great host. His knowledge of the products made it easy to select specific containers that would meet the needs of the business. We took several samples to test the products against, but judging by the feel of each, we have little doubt of their quality. We were happy with our visit to the showroom and look forward to testing the product!
They have wide selection of recyclable/compostable containers for takeout and catering needs. Jonathon has been patient and attentive to my needs as well, I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for environment friendly packaging solutions.
PacknWood team is amazing!!! I was able to book a visit to their showroom on the same day and left with an assortment of packaging ideas as samples… the team there is amazing and super accommodating. Highly recommend you check them out!!!
Buyer beware! We tried to order spoons from PacknWood, only to find out they didn’t have any. Then, when we requested a refund, it took 2 weeks and following up to get a partial refund. It has now been 3 months and they STILL have not refunded the balance and never sent us any product! Was told over and over again that it would be processed. Finally had to issue a dispute with our credit card company, and even then, PacknWood isn’t complying and still won’t issue the refund for nearly $500 of product they never sold. Horrible customer service, lies and straight up unethical business practices. There are no words to adequately capture how awful of an experience it has been. Please please read this review and save yourself time and trouble!
This company is atrocious! After receiving the incorrect order twice and calling and emailing to have it corrected they stated that they would simply credit my account. This was three months ago and all attempts to reach them for this credit have gone unanswered. Their postage and handing is astronomical and there is no follow up! Reaching out to the Better Business Bureau proved worthless as they did not even follow thru with the obligatory call requested by the BBB. Read reviews on the BBB website and save yourself the time, money and aggravation by shopping elsewhere for packaging needs. Horrendous company!!!
