Horrible experience working with Ellen Chen in customs clearance. What a unprofessional person, will not respond or reply to email or phone.
We did import since 2004, Pegasus maritime are the worst ever seen, They did not reply out email, those shark charge us $600. As congestion Fee. Our customer refused to pay those fee. We had been waitng without answer since June 11th. We were expecting their release Yesterday, still waiting with more than 10 contractors waiting for their material. That old fashion companie does not accept CC, or paypal or cash app!? Alloooooo, we are in 2021. The worst and rude customer service ever seen in my life!!
It has been great working with Pegasus for the past couple of years. I have moved many containers with them and their dedication to their work is what has made much of what I do possible. I have used other customs brokers, but none compare to Pegasus and the full line of services they provide. Great people at this company!
