I've worked with PPI for years on issues ranging from audio disruptions, system integrity, firmware updates, and remote services. They have always responded quickly, maintained technician availability, procured critical backup equipment on short notice, and resolved our issues with excellent service.
Having little to no experience with the smart board except how to set it up,
I thought the workshop went very well. Ms. Russell was very skillful with the presentation.
Her presentation was done at a comfortable pace which allowed us to follow what was being taught with ease. I also appreciated the question and answer period that was done after the different segments.
After seeing various demonstrations done on the smart board each participant had an opportunity to go up to the smart board and practice what was taught. Great workshop, very engaging.
These guys are true professionals. We have worked with other "integrators" in the past, and have never had such a smoothly running project. From the design phase to the build, they were communicative, friendly and most importantly on schedule.
The event was well organized and very informative. I gained a lot of knowledge on options to integrate Avon’s Voice Infrastructure with Lync. Mike gave a very good presentation. I also enjoyed the Smart Room System demonstration and would recommend it to Avon for any future investments.
We had a fairly large contract with Presentation Products where 5 seperate conference rooms were designed and set up with AV equipment. They were able to design the rooms to best meet our needs as well as our budgets. Being a large contracting firm, safety, schedule, and budget are very important to us on any project. I'm pleased to say that all three were not just met but exceeded expectation. Presentation Products is a company willing to put in the time and effort to make sure that your system is not only funtional for your company needs but that every employee understands those functions and can use them with ease.
