We confirmed our 8 AM excavator drop-off the morning before we were scheduled. Then they called me late in the afternoon and switched it to 11 AM. Half the day would be over by then! Unacceptable. And I ordered a week in advance! Needless to say, this made me look bad in front of my client. I cancelled the order and went to United. They delivered. Stay away. They will screw you over last minute if you are a small contractor.

They had my rental ready when I walked in! Very pleasant and helpful
employees.
They agreed to pick up their lift between 10am - 11am, when they did not show I called and they said the driver would be there shortly. I called at 2pm and was told the same thing. At this point PA is hopping mad this equipment is still on their property and as it rush hour they will not allow the equipment to be picked up. I call to schedule the pick up for the next morning and am told I will get a call back from the manager. Location closes never hear from the manager and now PA is going to go ballistic in the morning. Great customer service!!
Note: Original Location I went to was Sunbelt of Hauppauge.
I needed a stair climber for work. Confirmed they had one last week, then confirmed pick up yesterday for use this morning. Unfortunately it wasn't charged and there was a problem with the battery. Okay s*** happens... DROVE TO THE BRONX to their other location because it was told to me that location had the same piece of equipment ready to go. They charged my card then told me once it was on my truck that this one wasn't charged either, but gave me a charger to use. Too bad the fuse was blown on it. We ended up manually lifting copy machines up four floors the rest of the day because of their lack of competence. Like c'mon guys, all you have to do is rent stuff and be sure that it works... terrible decision by me to use this company and even more terrible customer service on their part. Strongly discourage anyone from using their "services".
