This has been one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a car leasing broker specifically Danny who was recommend by a friend. First, they gave me a completely misleading quote without even checking my credit—basic due diligence that any legitimate broker should perform before quoting numbers. Clearly, it was just a bait-and-switch tactic.
But it gets worse. After signing a lease for BMW 3 series, I was left waiting over two months now for my license plates and registration. The temporary plates they gave me have expired, and despite repeated attempts to contact them, they either ignored my calls entirely or picked up just to give me excuse after excuse—none of which turned out to be true. Zero accountability. Zero honesty.
It’s absolutely unacceptable to operate a business like this—misleading customers, failing to deliver essential documents, and then going silent when things go wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this broker to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go to someone reputable.

Truly the best car leasing company! The staff is definitely amazing, I never had to walk into the dealership. I got ubered to work and the car was dropped off at my job. Really amazing service!! I would give 10 stars if I could! :)
