Great place, a lot of kitchen tools to buy, two floors, no rude employees (to me), easy checkout. If I need more things I will be back.
Nice place but ask for help, is a little confusing how to navigate to get what you need. All the staff is very helpful. Nice attitude. This place has great people working there. I got help from multiple people at once helping me. Bought a couple of tiny sinks. The funny part is this place had sinks and home depot didnt. Easy purchase. Great prices and excellent customer service. Definitely coming back.. the picture of the sink i installed quick all in one sink for $130 can't beat that..

We've been sourcing our restaurant supplies from Win Depot, and overall, the experience has been positive. Their selection of BBQ bags, C-fold, and multi-ply tissues is generally reliable, and we appreciate the variety of options available.
However, we recently needed the MF400K multi-ply tissue in white, but only the brown version was in stock. It would be great if they could improve stock availability for high-demand items like this to ensure consistency for businesses that rely on them.
The store layout and sample board are helpful for choosing the right products, and the staff is usually responsive when we need assistance. If they can work on maintaining stock levels and restocking essentials more efficiently, it would make the shopping experience even better.
Overall, Win Depot remains a solid choice for restaurant supplies, and we hope to see improvements in product availability in the future.
Mercedes is the best manager in Win Depot. She’s very helpful and she always serves Customer with the smile the way she treated her customer. It’s if she’s an owner she she deserves a really big fat bonus.
