Good delivery. Nice people to work with. But everything was dirty ☹️. I thought I had took pictures but I was to busy trying to clean the chairs before the event started, thank goodness we had table cloths. And their large round that’s supposed to be able to fit about 8-10 people, could only hold 6 comfortably with a full dinner lay out. But its good service. So.
A-Z party Rental is super affordable. I was having a small dinner party and needed 15 chairs and two tables. It only cost me $50 to rent all the items for a two day rental. Talk about a steal.
I’ve used this company for my wedding recently. We have ordered high top tables, linens, glassware etc. and everything arrived as promised on time and was picked up the same night as our venue requested that. There’s a small fee of $100 for that but we were happy to pay it and go home without worries after our special day. The girl that answeres the phone there I believe her name was Patricia was very helpful and was always available to make changes to our order. Delivery and pick up crew was very punctual which is rear with the New York traffick. Overall a great experience and this will be out to go company for any type of event.
This company provided an all together TERRIBLE experience. We rented their services for my brothers baby shower and we were given a drop off window of 4:30-6:30. Of course they showed up on the tail end of the window (6:05), the event started at 6. Apparently everything was placed completely wrong in the truck, because of that the two drivers were unable to open the door to get the tables and chairs out.
They tried some of the most ridiculous tactics that were clearly not going to make the door open. They did this repeatedly, all the while just wasting time. It became obvious that when they packed the truck they stacked everything too high, causing something to be lodged in the doorway. Needless to say, not having tables and chairs can literally RUIN an event.
The drivers were unapologetic & on the phone with someone named Patricia (I saw his phone screen) who was giving no solution to what was going on. We were eventually told that the best they could do was go back to the warehouse and load up a whole new truck. At this point it was after 7pm and a great majority of our guests had arrived. It was obviously embarrassing for us because we'd put so much time and money into making sure that everything ran smoothly for the baby shower. No amount of preparation could prepare us for these two geniuses not know how to load a truck properly.
The company showed no regard for the fact that we had to venture out to get random chairs and table from other places in the meantime. All of this happening in front of our guests by the way. By the time the drivers actually returned with a new truck it was almost 9PM.
They arrived as nonchalant as they had previously. This was clearly because whoever was in charge did not see the urgency in rectifying the situation and in turn neither did the drivers.
If you want your event to run smoothly. I advise you to look elsewhere.
We had a horrible experience with A-Z party rentals. My husband and I hired A-Z for our wedding rental equipment. We had a delivery time of Saturday for our Sunday wedding. A-Z did not deliver part of our order, a table for our wedding cake! We called 15 times and emailed with no response. Our event coordinator called a driver of A-Z that she is familiar with. Originally, she was told that the table would be delivered later in the day on Saturday. It was not. Our coordinator called again and we were told it would be delivered on Sunday at 9 am. This was stressful but all we could do. At 9:15 they still had not shown up. She called again. They said 10:00. No show yet again. 10:20 comes and we called again. The driver said he was on his way. Our table did not show up until 11:45. 15 minutes before the start of our wedding. All of our guests were there and seated already. It looked absolutely horrible and we had zero time to get the table decorated because we were getting ready to walk down the aisle so it was just a dirty plain table for our photos. It was so upsetting. Staff would not do anything about the issue and is not responding to emails regarding the matter.
