I have been using Elite Billing for about a year and wow!! what a difference It has made in my practice. The insurance claims now come on time if you can imagine that ..and collections has made a huge jump in this past year. even with Covid hitting we were able to have collections coming in with the work of elite billing. Michele has been so Great and made the transition from having a staff member billing to now off site and because of her help my staff are much more productive and I spend less .. thank you so much for helping us and all the extras that was not expected, but much appreciated !!! Def recommend elite Billing for all the services they offer we just added verification and it’s been awesome.. work with Michele she’s the best!
Everyone should be as lucky to have elite billing work for them I wish i knew about them earlier . Michele is turning around are office staff and financials 180 degrees. We are more organized, collecting insurance payments quicker and has made our life easier and less stressful . She is pleasant to work with and makes routine office visits to make sure her staff is servicing us properly. Highly recommend elite.
