THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE BESTTT. Everyone looking to customize your items must go hereeee!!!!John and Sue are the best they truly go above and beyond to make their customers vision come to life. I needed an item super last minute and they stayed after closing hours to customize mg item. I do not recommend waiting till last minute that way John and Sue have enough time to craft their magic but they truly saved my event. I am so grateful and will be coming back for more customization items.
I hired JB to embroider a huge qty of tote bags, ball caps and bucket hats for a brand event, and they did an incredible job. They were very communicative throughout the whole process to make sure we were on the same page. They also turned everything around super fast and were flexible on shipping, delivery and pick up.
