Incredible experience with Elias, Nic, and team. I needed two, large proposal floral arrangements within ~two week's time, and the team helped my perfect vision come to life. Elias and Nic were very kind, responsive, understanding, and flexible. Delivery was exactly when they mentioned it and the arrangements looked exactly how we sketched out. I will plan to always use them when in NYC!
Excellent food, excellent service. The food is very filling, and the coffee is amazing. I really reccomend the rose petals coffee if anyone wants to try coffee there.
Tbh this place is so good (food, staff, atmosphere, general crowdpleasing) I forgot that it is quite pricy until I saw the other reviews--so, I guess I have to say the prices are "worth it." :) I only eat seafood + vegan, and Flower Shop still has so many options for me I sometimes have trouble choosing! I've never eaten anything here I didn't like and I've dined here at least 10 times over the years. The service can be slow but not worse than anywhere else downtown. One time my drink was spiked in the basement but IMO the bartenders are too busy to participate in drugging conspiracies, it was probably my date or a shady customer 🫠
We shopped around at several places in the neighborhood for our wedding flowers and are so happy that we chose Richard. The bud vases each had an individual Arrangement and the bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely beautiful. We were very very happy with the service and the beauty and the price. Highly recommended. He even showed us some samples of what he would make for us specifically when we met him at his shop. What we read in the reviews was all true. Thank you, Richard.
