I contracted G&H Automation Services to create a tool for automating data entry on some macros-enabled Excel workbooks. During the estimation phase I heavily emphasized that I thought it would be best to have a meeting with the techs involved so that they could fully grasp the process I was looking to automate. Greg assured me that they understood the requirements and that the meeting would be costly and unnecessary.
The project was quoted at $550 with an estimated lead time of 3 weeks. There has been extension after extension. The project is still not complete and is coming up on 7 months late. I was told the cost would also increase.
I've been told that this project would become a priority to them, but actions speak louder than words. It's become blatantly obvious that this is anything but a priority. Getting responses has even become a challenge.
I think the project was quoted extremely poorly leading to tremendous issues.
Their service is quick and efficient, and the automation solution created works wonderfully. It was easy to work with Greg and the final solution is simple and saves the business a lot of time!
G&H Automation greatly enhanced our efficiency and was always willing to provide application maintenance when needed. I would highly recommend!
