I live in Neheamiah 4 managed by Highrise Property Management, and I’ve been very disappointed with how recent decisions have been handled. The company announced the removal of all unit awnings and assigned fees to individual owners without any prior vote or input from residents. No community meeting was held, and owners were not given an opportunity to voice concerns before charges were added to our units.
This project also affects the exterior appearance of the building and our limited common elements, yet communication has been minimal and feels very one-sided. Many of us were surprised to learn we would be charged for removals we never requested.
I hope the company improves transparency, follows proper procedures with resident involvement, and communicates major decisions more clearly in the future.

They keep everything running smoothly and make sure the building stays clean and well taken care of. It’s honestly nice dealing with a management company that actually listens and cares, highly recommend!
