He’s very attentive to maintenance issues and quick to follow through, which makes a real difference day to day. He’s also personable and easy to communicate with. Overall, a consistently solid experience.

A management company that values all its tenants retaining contracts that are given as well. All contractors are paid out on time as well. No complaints from the supers or porters for any maintenance work that needs to be done . They value each and every tenant. Every time I’ve spoken to Adam , Alex , or Dimitri they have always taken very good care of me and prioritize my issues. Their newest contractor on board from pyramid has been such a wonderful contractor that I have nothing but good words for them.
