For the past few years I have come to rely on Japan Printing & Graphics for all of my company's business card needs. Our cards include English & Chinese on front and back and there is raised text. They always do an amazing job and their rates are quite reasonable. They are also very good with responding promptly to e-mails (unlike most printers in NYC.)
