Kahana Management, especially Levi, did a fantastic job managing my property. Levi was quick to address any issues and easy to communicate with, which was key since I live far away. Highly recommend.
Levi met with us to discuss leasing our condo in DUMBO. Levi was very professional and was very easy to work with. Once we had cleared our belongings from the condo Kahana listed the unit and hosted an open house. The open house was on a Monday. We signed a one year lease the following Monday. It could not have gone more smoothly. Great job!!
We are renting a house managed by Kahana. They have been responsive to all our concerns. They helped us get the whole house painted and in order prior to our move-in date. after that, we needed the blinds replaced and that was done within a week. When one of them was out of office, the other person backing himi up contacted us proactively to make sure we knew they were available. We feel very comfortable and thankful for them.
Cliche, but Kahana MGMT deserves more than 5 stars...stay with me.
(For the TL;DR crowd:
I've never rented out a property before and have zero clue what I'm doing. I only have 1 unit in Brooklyn and it was in shambles. I'm not in New York.
KAHANA MGMT, in my case, LEVI and ADRIAN got my place renovated for a fair price and rented out quickly after seamlessly overcoming wave after wave of problems and objections.
Use Kahana if you value your time and money.)
Kahana will move as fast as you want, but you will not be able to operate too quickly for these guys. They are young people that started early in the biz and possess the rare combination of youth and experience. They have a great mixture of hustle and hacking ability with a relentless work ethic. Kahana refuses to stop working. Time after time they overcame the obstacle, stepped forward and made it happen.
My primary contact is Levi. He never stops working, always returns my messages and makes managing my family's property seem like it's his most important job. Oh yeah...he also got a tennant signed in less than 2 days after the place was ready! We were not expecting that!
