I will never work with this company again. Terrible customer service and the prices are insane. This happened to my vehicle after they worked on it. When I called to ask for a replacement he's like you need to pay $250 plus tax labor and a bunch of other prices and tells me that's how we do business and hung up.
We recently purchased a new commercial van for our company and brought it to Paul Signs for truck lettering services. From start to finish, Paul and his team were very professional and made the entire process seamless and straightforward. They were extremely helpful when it came to design recommendations and their overall lead time was especially convenient for us. Pricing was fair and customer service was top notch, not to mention the actual finished artwork on the truck was beautifully done. We were rebranding and we needed a few vinyl signs and a brand new sign. We contacted Paul Signs here in Greenwood and they helped us picking the best sign to make our gym stand out. The service we received was top notch and the quality speaks for itself. We had a very tight deadline and they were able to meet it despite having to overcome a lot of obstacles having to do with customization for our space, and contacting our landlord for the necessary permits.
