I'm so glad I was able to meet Miss Shermane. A very pleasant person. She take her time to work with you for you to get the bests health insurance, a agent who know her job well, she take time to listen to your concerns. She knows her work, there not a given time I could not reach her always there to help goes out her way to talk with you. I would recommend anyone to Miss Shermane, she is amazing lady.

I recommend Sherman's to anyone seeking health insurance, she was very thorough and thoughtful in helping me obtaining my Medicare advantage plan. She is very considerate of our needs and makes sure to spend time with you to make the right choice for your medical needs. She is very compassionate about her job and highly concerned about the well-being of her client by her constant courtesy calls.I recently had an issue with my insurance and she was able to help and resolve the issue quickly.

I can't even begin to describe what a pleasant experience it was dealing with Shermane today with finding a new medical insurance plan for my mother because her current insurance plan will not be available next year. I explained to her what my mother's needs were (ie: that she wanted to keep her current PCP, her cardiologist and other doctors that she has used the past few years). Shermane listened, took down all the information, was very explicit about information, called me back personally a little while later and came up with the best option for my mother to renew for next year. After we agreed upon a new policy, she enrolled my mother into a comparable program. She also left me with her number so that I could reach out to her again in case I had questions and to make sure all issues were resolved. I am so relieved that she has made my life much easier in regards to tending to my mother's insurance for the upcoming year.

I was recommended Ms. Hylyon's services by my pharmacist (for over 30 years). He was very confident in her abilities to provide the best insuranceb so i had to give her a try. We had a few discussions on the phone and she even came over my house to help discuss the Medicare plans for my mom. She was very thorough in addressing all of our concerns and needs. Even after over 2 years of having the same plan, she would keep in contact with us to offer us something better. I'm definitely satisfied with the personal care and touch that she took with us in making sure that we're getting the best insurance plan available for our needs.
