I recently ordered this custom address plaque from SmartSign and I am extremely impressed with the quality. The plaque is very heavy solid metal with beautifully raised numbers and a durable finish that looks even better in person than online.
It has a substantial, high-end feel to it and definitely does not look cheap or flimsy. The craftsmanship is excellent, the numbers are crisp and easy to read, and it came packaged very securely with mounting hardware included.

The final product is terrific. It took a while to get the artwork corrected and the proof approved (the old artwork kept on showing up on new proofs). The issue was corrected over the phone with Customer Service. All proofs that were sent were low resolution (even the corrected proof), so I had to trust that the delivered sign would be crisp. Delivered sign is in high resolution, but I wouldn't know it from any of the proofs.
Custom signs came really quickly and look great. The mounting hardware for the fence was also great, but I dropped a lot of the nuts in the grass and had to buy new ones.
3 weeks after I ordered, I had to call and check where my sign was. The rep on the phone didn't know why it got missed, but was very polite. She got the ball rolling, emailed me the next day, and later that week, our sign was delivered. Love it! Seems to be great quality. Looks perfect!
