We lived in an apartment under Superior Management Inc. for three years in West Village. We had several issues come up while we were living there (typical NYC apartment things: heat needed to be turned off/on, needed a new refrigerator at one point, maintenance to back patio area, etc.) and our issues were always met in a professional and timely manner. I know some NYC landlord experiences can be difficult and I felt like we got lucky with Superior Management! I would definitely rent from them again.
Our +14-year experience with Superior Management has been exceptional. Superior Management's responsiveness, understanding, and collaboration has set a high standard for NYC landlords. I wholeheartedly recommend Superior Management to NYC residents searching for their next home. They are committed to providing safe and well-maintained spaces and promptly addressing requests. They have made our home truly special and we are grateful for their ongoing support.
We have had a homeless, aggressive, alcoholic man living inside our property for over one week and notified Superior Management several times to help us with a solution. All they have done is raised my rent to nearly 4K for a small one bedroom apartment while this homeless man throws bottles of alcohol at my head every night. Completely insane they do not care about their residents.
I've had a great experience living in a building managed by Superior for the past 2 years! The team is extremely nice and reasonable to work with when it comes to signing and negotiating apartment leases, especially during the pandemic. Especially appreciate the quick response to maintenance requests.
We had a positive experience living at one of their managed properties in the West Village for two years. Most notably, the team was highly responsive to any questions/requests regarding our apartment. My roommate would send an email (often to Zade on the management team, specifically) if we encountered any issues with appliances or the shower and we almost always heard back within ~24 hours. Even if the plumber or handyman could only swing by a couple days later, it was nice to get in touch with someone immediately, schedule a time, etc.
