Abdul was very responsive,kind, and easy to work with. He got the job done quick but did an excellent job and handled my car with care. Pricing was very fair as far as other wrap shops and overall I am ecstatic in how he made my car look. Def recommend if you need your car wrapped in Brooklyn.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Abdul! We brought in a very old food truck that needed to be wrapped and he delivered exactly what we were looking for! The truck was in rough condition, however he did a great job at making it look good as new! He was professional, kind and easy to work with! Will be going to him with any work in the future

TL;DR: Commercial clients stay away.

I don't like posting negative reviews and I believe my review history shows that. However, sometimes a business is bad enough I feel a responsibility to warn others to stay away. Instead of engaging in any hearsay or mud-slinging, I will stick to facts that I have receipts for. Feel free to reach out if you need proof.

I selected Vehicle Wraps 777 based on the commercial work I've seen in their posted pictures, i.e. other local businesses, Burberry, Casamigos, etc. My project is for a business I'm launching and, based on those pictures, I got the impression Abdul was capable of executing on my specific vision. I planned to have my vehicle shown at trade shows and industry events.

The earliest sign of trouble was when the first designer quit on him in the middle of the project, citing "too many differences and disagreements to continue." I was sympathetic to Abdul's predicament so I remained flexible. Throughout the entire course of this job, I dealt with a total of 3 graphics designers (at Abdul's direction). At one point, I also went to his office and helped him locate the design files he could not find in his emails.

Unfortunately, this goodwill was not reciprocated. When I went to pick up the car I saw that the logos and designs were smaller than in the proofs. One line of subheading was repeated on one panel and absent on the other.

Most importantly, the vinyl graphics on the windows were already peeling before the car left his shop. Despite pointing this out, it was not corrected when I picked up the car days later. Not only did the graphic design fall short, but so did the wrap installation itself. You can see the, frankly, sloppy work in the photos attached.

Although Abdul had offered a "60 day warranty," I had no confidence that he could correct the work. He was already comfortable letting the car leave his shop in the state it was in. I was simply done dealing with him. I spent another $1,600 with another shop to remove the old logos and graphics, reprint them, and re-install them.

I'm not denying other businesses have had good experiences with Abdul, but what I learned is it's very dependent on which graphic designer a shop is partnered with. The fact that I dealt with three different designers during this brief episode reveals his inability to maintain critical business relationships. The total I paid to Abdul was $5,464.28.

Amazing customer service. This was my first vehicle wrap and it was to a huge cargo van that I’ve converted into my camper. The owner was very patient with me while choosing a color. We went with a color-changing wrap. After getting the van back we were floored. It was a completely new vehicle and beautiful. We did find some edges that needed some fixing but the owner was extremely professional and caring, he asked me to return and they fixed all the items. I’m very happy. The owner clearly cares about the work he puts out.
