I’ve been going to Victoria M. for almost four years now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and always takes the time to listen to exactly what I’m looking for. Whether I have questions about color, maintenance, or anything else, she always answers them thoughtfully and makes me feel completely comfortable. I only see her about twice a year, but every appointment feels like catching up with a friend. She’s so accommodating, pays attention to the details, and consistently delivers beautiful results!

I booked an appointment at Bon Bon Hair Salon while I was in Midtown and ended up having one of those experiences where everything just felt easy from start to finish. The salon was busy but not chaotic, and everyone seemed to be moving with a purpose. I wasn't looking for a dramatic change, just a refresh, but the consultation made me feel like they actually listened to what I wanted instead of pushing me toward something else. I ended up getting a haircut, blowout, partial highlights, and a gloss treatment. The haircut gave my hair much better shape without taking off more length than I wanted. While the color was processing, I honestly wasn't sure how noticeable the highlights would be, but once everything was finished and styled, the difference was obvious in the best way. The gloss treatment tied everything together and gave my hair a healthy shine that looked natural rather than overly done. What I appreciated most was that nothing felt rushed. The stylist checked in throughout the appointment, and the conversation felt relaxed. By the time the blowout was finished, my hair looked polished but still like my hair. That sounds simple, but it is surprisingly hard to find. A few days later my hair was still sitting nicely, and the color looked just as good in normal daylight as it did in the salon mirror. That is usually my test for whether a salon really got it right. I left happy and would definitely make a return visit the next time I am in the area.

Emma was amazing!! I hadn’t had a haircut in over a year and a half after my previous stylist moved out of the city, so I was really hoping to find someone great. Emma completely delivered! From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly welcoming, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to understand what I wanted, worked efficiently without ever making the appointment feel rushed, and gave me a cut I’m genuinely really happy with!! You can tell she really cares about both the quality of the haircut and the overall experience. I’m so glad I found her and definitely plan on continuing to work with her going forward. Highly recommend!!

This was my first time doing any kind of color treatment at a salon and I’m so glad Leah was the one to do it. She is so knowledgeable about hair and color and made me feel so comfortable. She made suggestion and listened to what I wanted, constantly making sure that I was happy with the choices we made. I did a color hair gloss and blow out and it came out exactly how I wanted. I will absolutely be coming back for future dyes, cuts, etc!
