This property manager is great. Our primary contact was Mr Kasheen Jones and he has been a joy to work with. We had just moved to Brooklyn so he not only gave us a very thorough tour of the residence, but also spent extra time helping us get familiar with the neighborhood. We had a few things break like the microwave, and maintenance fixed everything within a day or two. We felt confident that any issue would be handled.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Mr Kasheem Jones. He is so genuine, personable, and polite. He truly goes above and beyond and always makes everything feel effortless on my end. It’s rare to find someone with this mix of professionalism, warmth, and reliability. Five stars all the way.
