I have been using Olympic to manage an apartment building our family purchased last year in Brooklyn as an investment since we live out of state and we have been so happy with their service. As first-time renters in New York city, we were very scared to face a process so difficult and competitive. However, we´ve had the best experience with Olympic Property Management, specially Peter, the renting process and approval was very fast, clear, and honest. We’ve rented a property on downtown Brooklyn for almost two years now, and since the beginning everything has been super organized, the platform used to pay rent is very user friendly and we´ve never experienced any issue.
The people who work on the building are amazing, Jacob the super, Ronald and Mario, always attentive, respectful and with huge willingness to help under any circumstances, working as fast as possible.
The apartment and the building are in a very good condition, all the common areas are clean, and the recycling and garbage management has always been neat, we cannot express enough how important is that detail, considering the normal environment of the city.
The experience overall has been incredible, we recommend Olympic Property Management 100%, undoubtedly we will continue to contact them in the future.

Olympic Property Management manges the building I live in and they are absolutely amazing! They are very professional and know how to keep their building nice and tidy! They are very good about keeping their tenants happy when there is an issue with one of their apartments. They're staff is very quick with their response to complaints. I'm very pleased with living in a building managed by them.
