Tesla Rental in New York City

Beautiful car with impeccable service. Always dropped off and picked up on time and have never once had an issue. Cars on Turo often have balding tires and irresponsible owners; Real Car solves all of that and for no additional cost for the luxury cars.

Fairly convenient (24 hour availability). Office closes 5pm but can drop the car at any hour. Was quiet when we arrived so relatively quick turn around. Returns are a little tricky finding the parking lot entrance especially after hours, but managed. Service was pleasant enough and offered an upgrade which was ok. However he BSed about how the car would turn off at traffic lights when stopped and equated this as a hybrid car!!!

I rented a car from the Budget W49 location in Manhattan, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The young lady at the counter, Alicia, was pleasant, professional, and respectful. Manager Harp was also very helpful and made sure everything went seamlessly. The rental process was extremely fast, I was in and out in no time. I would definitely rent from this Budget location again and highly recommend it to others.

Alvin, Richie, Joseph, Bibbo and the whole team in Manhattan provided phenomenal customer service. We arrived early and were the first customers of the day, which made the whole process very smooth. The staff took the time to answer our questions and provided genuinely friendly, personalized service. A great start to our road trip.
