I hired Ng Fook group to arrange my dad's funeral. The Funeral Director Mr. Chan was super compassionate and professional. Mr. Chan and his staff guided us through the entire process. I sincerely appreciate all of their dedicated work.
Ana, Nohely, and Janice were all extremely helpful with any questions I had. If one person I was in contact withbwasnt available, another person knew all about my situation and was easily able to pick up right where I left off. They made this whole process a lot easier. After losing a loved one who was in the area and I was quite a distance away from them, they made me feel at ease and took matters in their own hands. If you have difficulty being able to be on the phone (which I was due to owning a very busy business) they were very quick and prompt with all their email replies, within 10-20 minutes max. Jessica is an angel during the worst days of your life. She provided compassion, kindness, support and went above and beyond in many ways and that is the honest truth. Constant communication to make sure we were comfortable with everything, kept us updated as items arrived with photos so we could be sure everything arrived correct, answering us after hours, etc. etc. etc. She truly made us feel like we were texting a friend whom simply worked at the funeral home. I honestly can say I don't think there was anything else that she could have done to help us during our darkest days. Thank you Jessica from the very bottom of my heart
