Care for Ekko was quick and efficient. Better than a human hospital. Alexandra Rogers, Sara Langfitt and Christopher Connolley. They were Ekko's dream team! Ekko and I both thank you for the service you provided. What you did best was save Ekko so I could bring him home. From the front desk to the triage nurse who were both very attentive started my visit with Ekko as a positive one considering he was so sick. Treatment plan was put together fairly quickly. I received numerous update calls throughout the day which was amazing. I have insurance that pays back 90%. So after insurance kicks in I paid 10%. Which makes it affordable and manageable. Ekkos team of doctors were amazing. The explanations of his care and plan of action were clear. I knew what was happening because of their daily updates around the clock.

Be prepared, emergency veterinary care is expensive, this team makes it worth it. The care attention to detail and compassion was beyond what i could imagine. It is often the toughest day/night your life and the team is calming and thoughtful as well as responsive to any question or call at any hour. We came in w panting and wheezing knowing he has some fluid on his lungs. Maxwell, while didnt want to be there, he recovered because of their attention and oxygen chamber, enough to go home in 10hrs (vs the org 12 suggested) and was much improved. Highly recommend

West Village Vet is just incredible. I had two very medically complex senior pups and I was able to rest assured that I was always in good hands. The clinical care was thoughtful, detailed and compassionate. Dr Hildebrand in particular was incredible, always helping research the most fringe cases and helping us get into specialists. I am so grateful.

Dr. Buchalter has provided extraordinary care for both of our cats, one of whom has a medical history that would humble (and has) most specialists. What sets her apart isn't just the clinical judgment — though that is exceptional — it's the genuine commitment to her patients. She has gone above and beyond at every turn in ways we didn't know veterinary medicine could look like. Our cats are better for it, and we are deeply grateful to have found her.

I had a wonderful experience calling in the morning after my other vet canceled. I was happy to secure a same-day appointment with ease through their AI receptionist. My commute from Brooklyn to the vet clinic was quicker than I expected as well! Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by their clean, warm, colorful, and inviting office. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile, which made me feel more at ease. I was promptly seen by Dr. Kurtzman, who, along with her attentive team, showed incredible compassion as I shared my concerns about my 3-month-old rescue puppy, Inari, who had been experiencing occasional vomiting since I adopted her two weeks ago. Thanks to their expertise, they quickly diagnosed her problem, and I was so relieved she was gonna be okay. I’m particularly grateful for the follow-up care they provided, ensuring that Inari was on the path to wellness. They updated me on her fecal results and reassured me that I could reach out if anything came up. Plus, they offer a discount for first-time visitors, which is such a nice touch! I can't recommend this clinic highly enough and truly appreciate the warm care Inari and I received. I’m looking forward to bringing her back for her puppy boosters. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and friendly team for your pets, don't hesitate to choose this clinic!
