Outstanding, staff are knowledgeable on their field, very polite and friendly. Clean and clear communication to serve your needs . Keep it up , thanks .

This is easily the best bank I have ever banked at in the USA in my many years of living in the country as, first, a legal alien and subsequently a naturalized citizen. The manager of the bank is extremely accessible, friendly and helpful and he often answers the phone personally when I have an inquiry or a problem regarding my debit card or account and I call the bank instead of walking there from my home. (I have a lot of trouble walking.) If I have to withdraw cash or deposit cash at the branch, there is often no line at the tellers' windows and I am served quickly. Additionally, when I closed my account at Chase because of its very high transaction fees and opened my account at NorthEast Community Bank (which in any case was closer to my home than the nearest Chase branch), I was pleasantly surprised to find that its fee for receipt a domestic or international wire transfer into my account was only $3.50, compared with the $15 Chase was charging.

I’ve had a pretty solid experience with the PNC branch on Broadway in Manhattan. The staff was patient, professional, and actually took time to answer my questions instead of rushing me out. Opening my account and handling deposits was smoother than I expected, and they explained everything clearly. The branch is usually clean, organized, and the tellers have always been respectful whenever I’ve gone in. Definitely one of the better banking experiences I’ve had in the city.

Fulton Center is a modern transit hub that makes getting around New York City simple and convenient. Its bright glass dome fills the space with natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Clear signage and smart design help travelers easily find their routes. Shops and dining options make it a comfortable stop during busy commutes. Clean, spacious, and well-organized, it’s helpful for both locals and visitors. A great place that connects people efficiently while offering a pleasant travel experience.
